Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern all access to and use of the joea9 website, mobile platform, sports betting services, casino games, and all related features and promotions (collectively, the "Platform"). To use joea9 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. joea9 does not permit access to any person under 21. If joea9 determines that a user is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending review, and any winnings may be forfeited.
2. Identity: You must register using accurate and truthful personal information including your real name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one joea9 account. Creating multiple accounts using different mobile numbers, names, or devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. No Employees or Affiliates: Current employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of joea9 staff are not eligible to register a player account or participate in any promotion.

2. Account Registration and Management

When you register a joea9 account you enter into a direct agreement with joea9 and accept these Terms in their entirety. The following rules govern your account at all times.

1. You must register using your real Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and transaction notifications. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number current and accessible.
2. You are solely responsible for the security of your joea9 login credentials. joea9 will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
3. You must notify joea9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Contact joea9 support via the official site. joea9 may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any reported security concern.
4. joea9 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration and at any point thereafter, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide accurate supporting documents promptly.
5. You may request account closure at any time by contacting joea9 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered Bangladesh payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or wagering requirements.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on joea9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joea9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. It is your responsibility to confirm any fees with your provider before transacting.

1. Deposits are credited to your joea9 wallet promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. joea9 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of your payment provider.
2. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, to prevent financial crime. joea9 may require you to wager your deposit amount before a withdrawal is approved, in accordance with responsible gaming policies.
3. joea9 may suspend or hold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. joea9 will communicate the reason for any hold to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
4. joea9 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity. By depositing on joea9 you confirm that all funds are from lawful sources and legitimately belong to you.
5. joea9 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in your joea9 account settings.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

joea9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated in the individual offer.

1. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal as real money. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
2. Bonuses are only available to players with a valid, verified joea9 account. Players with multiple accounts, or those who have previously been excluded or suspended, are not eligible for any bonus offer.

4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the time limit stated in the promotional terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
5. joea9 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the Platform.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

joea9 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

1. Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion with other players, use of cheating software, bots, automated scripts, or any mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure.
2. Fraud and Money Laundering: Using joea9 for any fraudulent purpose — including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using the Platform to launder money — is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Account Sharing and Transfer: You may not share access to your joea9 account with any other person, nor transfer, sell, or assign your account or any funds within it to another individual. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
4. Exploitation of Errors: If you become aware of any error in a game result, odds display, payment calculation, or promotional credit on joea9 you must notify joea9 support immediately. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joea9 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its content or services.

joea9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While joea9 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or factors outside joea9's reasonable control. joea9's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

joea9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if joea9 determines in its sole discretion that any of the following circumstances apply.

1. Breach of Terms: You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including creating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to comply with a KYC request within the required timeframe.
2. Fraud or Suspicious Activity: joea9 has reasonable grounds to suspect your account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, or that the integrity of your betting activity is in question.
3. Responsible Gaming Request: You or a verified third party such as a family member has contacted joea9 to request self-exclusion or account closure under our responsible gaming policy. joea9 will act on all such requests promptly and will not re-open a self-excluded account during the requested exclusion period.

10. Amendments to These Terms

joea9 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Platform at /terms-conditions. When material changes are made joea9 will provide notice to active players via a notification displayed on the Platform or by SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

Your continued use of joea9 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
